So, Check it out....!!!
- there 2 pictures on this photoshop tips, 1 photo of person and the other one object other like here, in this blog I have 1 my friend photo, and one again water picture that available.
- then selection the picture 1 with lasso tool or majic wand (recommend, but up to you) 
- afterthat, insert your selection result to picture the other one (other Layer).
- don't forget to arrange opacity, and hue saturation (ctrl + u) to same a colour with other layer.
- afterwards, you can uses a smoke brush, if you don't have it, you can download here. 
- You can be added dry brush to give light shining effect.
- well, for at face better you can erase with eraser tool with opacity that follow you are good.
- and now you have an amazing picture..
